Orders dispatch in 1 to 2 working days and arrive 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, often sooner in major cities. Remote areas can take a few days longer depending on the courier's route.

No. Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan, with no minimum spend. There is no tax added at checkout either, so the price on the product page is what you pay at the door.

Your confirmation email has a tracking link. You can also open the Track your order page, or send us your order number on WhatsApp.

If it has not been dispatched yet, yes. Message us as soon as possible with your order number.

Our bedsheets come in king size only: a 3-piece fitted set with one fitted sheet of 72 x 78 inches with 10-inch sides, and 2 pillow covers of 19 x 29 inches. Our AC blankets come in double bed size only, 200 x 240 cm. Our towel sets have 1 medium towel (30 x 60) and 1 large towel (30 x 90). The Size & GSM guide has the full details.

A soft ribbed fleece blanket meant for air-conditioned rooms, in double bed size (200 x 240 cm). It keeps you covered without the heat of a winter quilt, so it works through summer and the in-between months.

GSM is grams per square metre, the weight of the fabric. Higher GSM means a thicker, more absorbent towel that takes longer to dry. Lower GSM dries faster and is lighter. The Size & GSM guide explains which suits what.

Not everything. Our towel sets are 100% cotton, our bedsheets are cotton fitted sets, and our AC blankets are soft ribbed fleece. Each product page lists the fabric of that item.

Deep and printed colours can release a little dye on the very first wash, so wash those separately just once. After that, colours hold up fine with a normal cold wash — see the Care guide for the full routine.

Machine wash cold with similar colours, skip the fabric softener on towels, and tumble dry low or line dry in shade. The Care guide has the full details.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed and in its original packing with tags attached. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.

We sell one bedsheet size, king, so please check that your mattress fits before ordering: 72 x 78 inches and up to 10 inches deep. If you receive the wrong colour or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it.

Send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. You will not be charged again.

The customer covers return shipping for a standard exchange or return. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, we cover the cost and you are not charged again.

Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash. If you prefer, we can arrange an exchange instead.
