Shipping policy

Home Living delivers across Pakistan, with free delivery and Cash on Delivery available everywhere we ship.

How long it takes

  • Dispatch: orders are packed, checked by hand and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Delivery: usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, often sooner in major cities.
  • Remote areas: a few days longer, depending on the courier's route.

These are working days, so Sundays and public holidays are not counted.

Delivery charges

  • Delivery is free on every order, to any address in Pakistan.
  • There is no minimum order amount.
  • No tax or other charge is added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Cash on Delivery

You pay the rider when the parcel reaches you. Please keep the exact amount ready, as riders often cannot give change.

Placing a Cash on Delivery order is a commitment to buy. A refused parcel costs us the delivery both ways, so we may ask for advance payment on future orders from an address that has refused one before.

Tracking your order

Every order gets a confirmation email, and a tracking number by email and SMS once the parcel is dispatched. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +92 327 1336144 with your order number and we will check it for you.

Before you order

  • Give a complete address with a nearby landmark. Incomplete addresses are the single biggest cause of delay.
  • Give a mobile number you actually answer. The rider calls before arriving, and parcels come back to us if nobody picks up.
  • If you will not be home, say so in the order note and we will pass it on.

Failed delivery

The courier attempts delivery twice. If nobody is reachable, the parcel is held at the courier's office for a short time and then returns to us, and the order is cancelled. We will message you before that happens, so please answer the courier's call.

Delays outside our control

Once a parcel is with the courier, its speed is in their hands. Weather, strikes, road closures and public holidays can add a few days. We will keep you posted and chase the courier on your behalf, but we cannot promise a date the courier has not promised us.
