These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place with Home Living. By placing an order you accept them.

Ordering

You must be 18 or older to order, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. Give accurate delivery details: we are not responsible for an order that goes astray because the address or phone number was wrong.

An order confirmation email means we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. We may cancel an order before dispatch if the item is out of stock, the price was listed wrongly, or the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, we refund in full.

Prices and product information

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees. Delivery is free, and no tax or other charge is added at checkout. Prices can change without notice, but a change never affects an order already placed.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different between screens, and cotton products may vary slightly in shade and size between batches. A small variation is normal and not a defect.

If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before dispatch rather than cancel without telling you.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, along with any other methods shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, payment is due in full to the rider at the door.

Placing a Cash on Delivery order is a commitment to buy it. Repeatedly refusing parcels may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders, or decline them.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Our content

The text, photographs, graphics and layout on this site belong to Home Living. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them for commercial use without our written permission.

Using the site

Do not attempt to break into, overload or interfere with this site, place fake orders, or use it for anything unlawful. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably believe this is happening.

Limits of our responsibility

We stand behind the products we sell, and our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost time or lost earnings, arising from a delayed or faulty delivery. Nothing here limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Multan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
