Three ways to find out where your order is.

Check your confirmation email

Every order gets a confirmation email with a tracking link. Open that email and tap View your order to see the live status. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder.

Log in to your account

If you created an account when ordering, all your orders and their status are listed there.

Track with the courier

Once your parcel is dispatched you will have a consignment number. Enter it on your courier's website.
